Melony Peters

Melony is originally from New England and has resided in South Carolina since 1998. Melony's call to the field began a few years later. She has served on short term mission teams all over the globe. Melony joined Legacy in 2018 where she served as in intern in Utila, Honduras and began her missionary training.

Melony now serves in Oak Ridge, Honduras where she uses arts and crafts to teach others the purposes of Christ. Her art ministry, "Brushed Aside" was born from a desire to see all set free in Christ. The ministry uses different mediums, whether a canvas, or a lump of clay, or simple stickers on paper to express what often words cannot. Melony hopes that through this ministry, people will discover that we are God's masterpieces, created in Christ Jesus to do the things He planned long ago.
