Juan Carlos & Katlyn Caceres

Juan Carlos and Katlyn met in Honduras, and they were married in April 2022 and have been serving with Legacy since 2019.

 

Katlyn was born in Bowling Green, KY. God called her into full-time Christian ministry at the age of 16, and she started working in different areas in her community. She has an Bachelors degree in Nonprofit Marketing and Leadership. Katlyn started doing mission work in Honduras in 2015 and then moved to Honduras in 2018, to teach ESL and to work with community development and evangelism.

 

Juan was born Tegucigalpa, raised in a small town called Las Trojes, Honduras. He was called to ministry in 2013, he attended a Bible institute during that time he was the pastor of church plant in a small village close to the Bible institute he served there 5 years. In 2018, he became part of a church plant team in the Zamorano area.

 

In 2019 God led them to the Islands of Honduras. Juan Carlos’ has a passion for church planting and discipleship but also a heart for serving others in many ways as God allows me to do it. Katlyn loves serving children in the community through the local church. She is passionate about supporting the local church, discipleship, foster care and working with children and families.  

And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.
